[Daydreaming in a Share House] Let's play board games! A fun game tournament in a too-spacious 9LDK house

Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintome, a share house born in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture in February 2022. It's a two-story, 9LDK house located in a residential area near the sea, with a site area of over 600㎡ and a total floor area of approximately 400㎡. Private rooms are up to 15 tatami mats in size. In addition, there's an indoor garage for 2-3 cars, a balcony that can be freely used, and a 12-tatami free room, allowing for spacious use of not only private rooms but also common areas.

"Since it's so spacious, we want to have fun together, right?" "Then, why don't we try having a game tournament in the living room?!"

It's too much to handle living alone, but enjoyable when living with others. To make such a share house even more enjoyable, this time let's all play board games! We'll welcome Takuro Abe, who is involved in theater and film activities in Ishinomaki, as a guest, or rather, as a "game master," and have a lively game session.

Born in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. Belongs to a voluntary organization in Ishinomaki City that plans, produces, and promotes film and theater. Started in January 2019, bringing together volunteers who had been involved in theater, film, and music activities in and outside the city, such as the "Ishinomaki Theater Festival" and "Mahoroba Theater." Aims to revitalize and update theater culture in Ishinomaki City in an enjoyable way, and plans, produces, and promotes films and plays, and provides local coordination. Currently, they are constructing a theater-type complex facility in the city where people can enjoy films and plays. They also regularly hold the "MAHOROBA Project," which creates places for people through games such as board games and tabletop RPGs.

How to Participate

Participate directly at the share house!

Please come to the share house and join the game tournament while touring the actual property. We will prepare some light meals for you to enjoy a natural share house experience. Souvenirs are very welcome when you visit! Let's relax in the living room while enjoying games and food.

Address: 1-3-3 Higashimatsushima Shintome, Miyagi Prefecture Access: 12-minute walk from Tome Station on the JR Senseki Line *Parking is limited. Please notify us in advance if you plan to use the parking lot. *The parking lot is full due to advance reservations. Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked. *If you wish to participate, please register in advance so we can confirm the number of participants. *The participation fee (500 yen) will be collected at the reception. *You will depart from the venue on the same day.
