[Imagining a Share House] Let's play board games! A fun game tournament in a ridiculously spacious 9LDK house.

Opened in February 2022 in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture, "Roopt Higashimatsushima Shintomei" is a shared house. Located in a residential area close to the sea, it is a two-story, 9LDK house with a site area of over 600㎡ and a total floor area of approximately 400㎡. Private rooms are up to 15 tatami mats in size. In addition, there is an indoor garage that can accommodate 2-3 cars, a balcony that can be used freely, and a 12 tatami mat free room, so both the private rooms and shared spaces are spacious.

"It's so spacious, we should all have fun together!" "In that case, how about we have a game tournament in the living room?!"

It might be overwhelming to live alone, but it's fun when you live with others. To make the most of this kind of share house, let's play board games together this time! We'll welcome Takuro Abe, who is involved in theater and film activities in Ishinomaki, as our guest, or rather, "game master," and have a great time playing games together.

Born in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. Belongs to a non-profit organization in Ishinomaki City that plans, produces, and produces films and plays. The group was launched in January 2019 by volunteers who have been involved in theater, film, and music activities both inside and outside the city, such as the "Ishinomaki Theater Festival" and "Mahoroba Theater." Their aim is to revitalize and update the theater culture in Ishinomaki City in an enjoyable way, and they plan, produce, and produce films and plays, as well as provide on-site coordination. Currently, they are working on a theater-style complex in the city where people can enjoy films and plays. They also regularly hold the "MAHOROBA Project," which creates a sense of belonging through play such as board games and tabletop RPGs.

How to participate

Join us directly at the shared house!

Come visit our share house and participate in a game tournament while touring the actual property. We'll provide some light refreshments so you can enjoy a natural share house experience. Bringing a gift is also welcome! Let's relax in the living room while enjoying games and food.

Address: 1-3-3 Shin-Tomei, Higashimatsushima, Miyagi Prefecture Access: 12-minute walk from Tomei Station on the JR Senseki Line *Parking is limited. Please let us know in advance if you will be using the parking lot. *The parking lot is now full due to advance reservations. Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked. *If you wish to participate, please make a reservation in advance so that we can keep track of the number of participants. *The participation fee (500 yen) will be collected at the reception. *Participants will be dismissed at the venue on the same day.
