[Viewing Session Reservations Now Open] Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori

Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori will complete its renovation in February 2022. What kind of share house is it? What kind of renovations were done? What kind of lifestyle can you enjoy there? We will be holding viewing sessions to help everyone learn more about the share house.

"Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori" Open House held on Sunday, February 6, 2022. Reserve an open house (on-site viewing session) held on Sunday, February 6, 2022.

・Morning session: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM ・Afternoon session: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM *You are free to enter and exit during the event hours.

Location: 5-7 Kaigan-dori, Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture, Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori Access: 1 minute walk from Hon-Shiogama Station (Shrine Approach Exit) on the JR Senseki Line *Please meet and disperse at the share house. *There is no parking available. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.

・Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori does not have a parking lot. ・If you are coming by car, please use the coin-operated parking lots around Hon-Shiogama Station. ・In addition to the dates listed above, viewing reservations are accepted at any time. Please feel free to contact us via the [Inquiry Form].

・Please take your temperature in advance, and if you have a fever significantly higher than your normal temperature, or if you are otherwise feeling unwell, please refrain from visiting. In such cases, it is possible to switch to an online viewing, so please contact our staff. ・Please wear a mask when visiting on the day. Our staff will also guide you while wearing masks at all times. ・We will conduct temperature checks and hand sanitization at the share house entrance (viewing session reception). ・To record your visit, you will be asked to provide your contact information (name, emergency contact) and entry/exit times at the reception. Also, if you have a business card, please submit it at the reception. ・Windows may be opened for ventilation, and the share house may become cold. Please dress warmly when visiting on the day.
