Roop Shiogama Kaigandori will be completed in February 2022 after renovation work is finished. What kind of share house is it? What kind of renovations have been done? What kind of lifestyle can you expect? To help everyone get to know the share house, we will be holding an open house.

Location: Roopt Shiogama Kaigandori, 5-7 Kaigandori, Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture Access: 1 minute walk from the shrine approach exit of Hon-Shiogama Station on the JR Senseki Line *Meet and disperse at the share house. *There is no parking available. Please use nearby coin parking.

• There is no parking available at Roopt Shiogama Kaigan-dori. • If you are coming by car, please use the coin parking lots around Hon-Shiogama Station. • We accept viewing appointments at any time, not just on the dates listed above. Please feel free to contact us via the [Inquiry Form].

・Please take your temperature in advance. If you have a fever that is clearly higher than your normal temperature, or if you are otherwise feeling unwell, please refrain from coming. In that case, you can change to an online viewing, so please contact our staff. ・Please wear a mask when you come on the day. Our staff will also be wearing masks at all times while guiding you. ・We will take your temperature and disinfect your hands at the entrance of the share house (reception for the viewing). ・For attendance records, you will be asked to fill out your contact information (name and emergency contact number) and entry and exit times at the reception. If you have a business card, please submit it at the reception. ・Windows will be opened for ventilation, so the share house may get cold. Please dress warmly when you come on the day.
