Location

This property is located in a location blessed with nature, surrounded by the sea, mountains, and rivers.
Oshi Fishing Port, located within walking distance, is a fishing spot where you can catch a variety of fish such as black porgy, horse mackerel, and flounder.
It is about a 50 minute drive from JR Ishinomaki Station and a 16 minute drive from JR Rikuzen-Tokura Station.

Exterior

There are three storage rooms separate from the residence. The lush roofs are unique to this area.
Behind the warehouse is a mountain forest and a stream running through it, so it feels relatively cool even in summer.
The back of the warehouse used to be a mulberry field used for sericulture.

Grand Floor

When you go up the entrance on the first floor, you may feel that the ceiling is a little low.
